Medical

YOUR PATIENT CARE IS OUR PRIORITY.

WCC always begins with your medical facility needs.

The planning makes the project

Weaver Commercial Contractor (WCC) works closely with you to establish what you need for today and for the future, looking toward growth with you.

Collaborative planning and attention to detail – both during design and construction – giving owners what they want, while balancing the budget with functional requirements.

WCC emphasizes constructability, scheduling, and quality, as well as a thorough knowledge of code requirements for medical office buildings.

Our design | build approach helps to:

-Reduce project durations, saving you time

-Manage budget, saving you money

-Create workable solutions, promoting productivity

-Give you a single point of responsibility, promoting communication

Together, we explore all aspects of the facility’s use, as well as your aspirations. We’ll find what’s most suitable for you, with particular attention to the value you’ll receive. And we’re good at listening.

We consider your medical office to be more than just brick & mortar, but a positive environment for your medical team to administer healing care.

For 25 years, WCC has been designing and constructing medical offices, covering a wide range of specialized care facilities.

We aim to learn as much as possible about what you will do and how you will do it, from the first moment throughout the process – from design and planning into construction. That intense concentration uncovers the needs and what’s behind them, and this discovery happens together with the owner.

-

What type of care will be given? How many patients will be visiting the facility?  Which technologies will be used? (Types and locations will determine where routers are placed and what materials should be employed). What kind of treatment environment will work best? (This can influence recommendations about different lighting in various areas, sound isolation between spaces or whether thermostats should be in every room.)

With answers to these and other questions, we understand goals to plan efficiencies.

What Others Are Saying About WCC

"I had the pleasure of building my optometric office building with Weaver Commercial Contractor in 2010. From the first design meeting to the turnover of my keys, they were wonderful to work with and walked me through every step of the process. They made great recommendations of small design changes to improve the office layout, and they worked with me to ensure that all the cabinetry and fixtures that I moved from my old office fit perfectly in the new space. We've been working in this space for 8 years now and I wouldn't change a thing!"

Dr. Rebecca Lauffenburger, Owner | Family Eye Care of Wooster

"Our original Cancer Treatment Center building was constructed by Weaver Commercial Contractor in 1990. Since that time, two additions were completed by Weaver to accommodate our growing needs. It is a pleasure working with Weaver, and we highly recommend them for any building projects."

Mary Alice Streeter, Cancer Treatment Center

"The Companies of Midwest have worked two major projects with Weaver Commercial Contractor. The first was the construction of our Massillon Headquarters, a two-story 10,000 square ft. office building on Tommy Henrich NW. We were very happy with the planning and execution from start to finish and are very pleased and settled in our home office.

The second major project was the complete floor to roof renovation of the 100 Kurzen Road property in Dalton. This is a 30,000 square ft. gymnasium, meeting and community center. We have been delighted with our partnership with WCC and highly recommend this organization. This building is now a community asset, and we thank WCC for their skill and excellence."
