Living Water recently completed an addition of a café / community room to the church and we are very pleased with the outcome of both its purpose and the overall design and construction. Personally, this is my second experience in working with Weaver Commercial Contractors and both times have been everything I would hope for in working with a contractor. The communication and attention to detail has been superb as well as their flexibility and willingness to work with us in customizing the project and process. The on-sight construction manager continually kept us up to date and informed with what was happening and was a pleasure to work with.
All of the employees of WCC, as well as the sub-contractors hired by WCC, did great work and took pride in what they accomplished. Everyone I worked with demonstrated integrity, solid character and we enjoyed having them on sight at the church.

We want to thank you for your recent contribution to the renovation of the north annex. Along with the renovation we ahve now renamed it our "Education Center".
The renovation of the new Education Center is such a wonderful addition t the ongoing ministry here at Kidron. It is being used extensively since we finished in early September and we look forward to its continued use for the long term.
The improved entrance to the sanctuary and from the basement in the lower level allows better flow for young and old alike.Children, youth, and teachers find the new classrooms to be much warmer, more welcoming, and more learner friendly.Our adults are finding the conference/library/media room to be an ideal place for meetings. The elderly are pleased with the significant upgrades to their Sunday school room which have improved acoustics and are quieter. The addition of the restroom on the main floor was much needed. OUr facility now provides a safer environment with the addition of fire alarm, and should be more energy efficient with the exterior wall insulation. Everyone is enjoying the renovated heating and new cooling system, carpeted hallways, new doors, and much more.

Weaver Commercial Contractor executed our design concepts in an outstanding, professional manner. Their project manager and tradesmen were very responsive and knowledgeable in executing some very difficult and technically challenging work, especially corrections to the building’s structural system supporting the roof. They certainly contributed their expertise willingly and performed to their word. They also employ carpenters who can best be described as craftsmen. Their attention to detail and ability to recreate the historic detailing of the Village Hall was outstanding and certainly unexpected in this day and age.

I have known the people at Weaver Commercial Contractors for many years and have great respect for them. In 2005 our church began looking at expanding so we contacted WCC. We visited several newly constructed churches that WCC and other contractors had built. After meeting with other contractors we chose WCC for our project.
Our leadership team met WCC and discussed our vision and needs. They prepared and then presented us with a layout and together we worked through several revisions of the plan WCC assisted in all areas of the project. They met with village officials to get city sewer and water issues resolved. They helped us with every phase of the project, often walking us through ideas that we had for certain areas of the building and interior design. The people at the construction site were always friendly and helpful when we had questions. Ron Wenger was always very willing to meet with and discuss our concerns our leadership team had.
They were very conscientious about our budget and kept us updated with monthly budget reports. As a result we came in under the quote they had given. We always felt like we were well informed throughout the project and at no time did we feel uninformed.
