A larger office building was needed to give this insurance company additional space and a comfortable environment for their clients. WCC designed and built a 20,000 sq. ft. high end office building for them. The R.E. Miller Insurance Agency occupies approximately 8,500 square feet of this facility with the balance divided into three additional suites that are leased to other businesses.

Unstable ground and insufficient bearing capacity presented a significant challenge for the construction of this project. As a result, a piling system had to be designed to carry the building and a significant drainage system had to be installed under the building to handle parched water tables. This office building features special wood trim, vaulted ceilings, and special cabinetry.
