This design-build project for Living Water Community Church included a new sanctuary with a seating capacity of 561. The sanctuary has state of the art audio/visuals and is acoustically balanced. The stage area in the sanctuary has a heated recessed baptismal that is accessable by removing several floor panels. The project also included a large lobby and vestibule area with two entrances that both have covered porticos, new handicap men's and women's restrooms, and lower level that is the children's education wing, and new administrative offices. The electrical service was upgraded and the project included site work, utility extensions, parking areas, and exterior concrete.
