Corporate/Main Offices, Split-Face, Efis Exteriors, Architetcural Standing Seam Roof System, includes all of the site work, site utilities, new lift station for the sanitary sewer, storm water detention pond, parking areas, a concrete driveway from the plant down to the new office with hot water heat for ice and snow control, upgrades to the existing well equipment that services the existing pant as well as the new office. The HVAC system that went into this project is a boiler and chiller system that will allow each individual room to either heat or cool at the same time. Structure is a two story with a full basement underneath.
