Smith Dairy has chosen Weaver Commercial Contractor, Inc. to construct their new state of the art compressed natural gas  (CNG) facility.  This represents their commitment to be on the cutting edge and a leader in this area for this technology - as well as their commitment to be good stewards of the earth and its resources.  CNG fuel will burn cleaner and mean fewer pollutants in the air.  This new facility will help Smith Dairy remain competitive in the dairy industry.

Weaver Commercial Contractor, Inc. has been selected by Venture Products to design and build their new Ventrac manufacturing facility in the City of Orrville.  The 116,427 sq ft facility will be a NUCOR Building Systems pre-engineered steel building.  Inside the building will be 2900 sq ft of engineering office space along with a washbay, dockbays, mezzanine and overhead cranes.  The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2012.

Weaver Commercial Contractor has completed the construction of two expansion projects for the Orrville YMCA located in Orrville, Ohio.

The first expansion project consists of a 4,467 square foot children's day care wing where there are provisions for infants, toddlers, and older children. Special care was taken to control noise in the infant and toddler areas, and special precautions were taken to insure security in this wing.

Two new outdoor playground areas are being constructed. One for the younger children and one for the older children.

Weaver Commercial Contractor and TDA Architects have completed the new Athletic Facilities project for the Dalton Local School District consisting an auxilary gymnasium with a high school regulation basketball court, two cross courts for basketball, high school regulation volleyball, weight room, locker room, coachs office, training room, and a mezzanine for wresting practice and storage.

Scannell Properties has chosen Weaver Commercial Contractor to construct a building engineered by Precept Design Architects that meet all FedEx’s present and future needs.

A split-face block and metal veneer building was designed with a long bay system using 50 ft. OC mainframes. This specialty building includes an internal exhaust and CO2 monitoring system, and fiber mesh within the concrete for complete curement to effectively distribute excessive weight.
